Basic Requirements For All Positions

  • Must maintain a positive work attitude to provide a consistent and efficient customer experience
  • Must be disciplined, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide a high level of customer care and professionalism
  • Must have excellent computer literacy skills and be comfortable working with digital medical records
  • Create accurate medical records including client communications and patient reminders
  • Answer phone and email inquiries, in a professional and timely manner
  • Educate clients and walk-by customers on clinic services, policies and preventative medications
  • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
  • Obtain medical histories and vitals
  • Properly restrain animals for treatment and examination
  • Prepare vaccinations and supplies
  • Assist with various laboratory procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the veterinarian
  • Check-out clients using Square
  • Proper clean and maintain all areas of clinic kiosk
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by management or the attending veterinarian on duty
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time during scheduled shifts (4-8hrs)
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
